Broccoli & Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 15
  • 1 cauliflower
  • 3 stalks broccoli
  • 2 lbs bacon
  • 16 ounces broken walnuts
  • 1/3 cup red vinegar
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • salt
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Recipe

  • 1 cut broccoli and cauliflower into bite size pieces.
  • 2 fry bacon until crisp and break into pieces.
  • 3 mix mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar together.
  • 4 put all ingredients into a large bowl; mix well.
  • 5 salt to taste.
  • 6 serve fresh.
