Broad Bean And Ham Flan

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 pie shell, 8 inches baked
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup flour 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 (10 ounce) can lima beans
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 cup diced cooked ham
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter in a saucepan, the stir in the flour and cook 1 minute.
  • 2 remove from heat and gradually add the milk.stir until sauce is thickened.
  • 3 stir in the drained beans, parsley and ham.
  • 4 salt and pepper to taste.
  • 5 pour into the baked prepared shell.
  • 6 serve imediately.
