Broad Bean And Ham Flan

Ingredients
- 1 pie shell, 8 inches baked
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup flour 1 1/4 cup milk
- 1 (10 ounce) can lima beans
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 cup diced cooked ham
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in a saucepan, the stir in the flour and cook 1 minute.
- 2 remove from heat and gradually add the milk.stir until sauce is thickened.
- 3 stir in the drained beans, parsley and ham.
- 4 salt and pepper to taste.
- 5 pour into the baked prepared shell.
- 6 serve imediately.
