British Columbian Blueberry Shake

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries (or frozen)
  • 1 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk (or regular milk)
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (or to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup ice cube

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in blender, starting with liquids, until smooth.
  • 2 serve in a pretty glass with a straw, garnished with 2 or 3 fresh blueberries.
