- 5 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
- 6 ounces sour cream
- 3 ounces mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1 1/2 lemons, juice of
- pepper
- crushed red pepper flakes
Recipe
- 1 mix well and refrigerate until ready to use.
- 2 can also be mixed with a vinaigrette for a delicious blue cheese salad dressing.
