Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 egg
- 1 cup natural bran
- 1 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees celsius.
- 2 cream together brown sugar, butter/margarine and egg.
- 3 add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- 4 pour into muffin cups (with or without cupcake liners) until 2/3 full.
- 5 bake for 15-20 minutes.
