Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup dried fruits, such as apricots, prunes, and raisins (raisins can be left whole)
- 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
- 3 tablespoons raw pumpkin seeds
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds, ground
- 1/2 teaspoon orange rind, very finely chopped
Recipe
- 1 add all ingredients to a medium bowl and mix well.
- 2 store leftovers in an airtight container.
