Bob Greene’s Muesli

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup dried fruits, such as apricots, prunes, and raisins (raisins can be left whole)
  • 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons raw pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds, ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon orange rind, very finely chopped

Recipe

  • 1 add all ingredients to a medium bowl and mix well.
  • 2 store leftovers in an airtight container.
