Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 4 eggs
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 beat all together. pour into oven proof souffle dish. place dish in large pan filled with 1 inch of hot water. place in oven.
- 3 bake about one hour or until knife inserted in center of custard comes out clean. cool to room temperature. refrigerate until well chilled.
- 4 unmold by running a knife around the sides of the dish to loosen custard. turn serving plate.
