Brandied Fruitcake Cookies

Total Time: 39 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 9 mins

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup chopped candied cherry (i use red & green)
  • 1/2 cup chopped candied pineapple (i use kitchen shears)
  • 1/4 cup
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup butter (room temp softened)
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup small curd cottage cheese
  • 1/4-1/2 cup candied fruit, quartered (garnish for tops of cookies)

Recipe

  • 1 in small bowl, combine the 3/4 cup cherries, pineapple and .
