Bran Graham Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-bran cereal
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup raisins, coarsely cut
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 measure all dry ingredients into bowl. mix in raisins.
- 2 in another bowl beat egg until frothy.
- 3 add oil, molasses, buttermilk and vanilla, and beat to mix.
- 4 pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients, and stir just enough to moisten.
- 5 spoon greased muffin tins, filling 3/4 full.
- 6 bake in 375 f oven for 20 minutes.
