Brandied Peaches

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (24 ounce) can peaches, halves
  • 1 (12 ounce) box mincemeat
  • 4 tablespoons
  • 1/4 cup toasted pecans (chopped) (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f
  • 2 drain peaches, reserving 3/4 cup syrup.
  • 3 crumble mincemeat in a saucepan and add syrup.
  • 4 boil, stirring for 3-4 minutes or until thickened.
  • 5 add and boil 1 minute longer.
  • 6 place peach halves in baking dish.
  • 7 spoon mince-meat mixture over peaches.
  • 8 bake 15 minutes.
  • 9 after removing from oven sprinkle with pecans if desired.
