Brandied Peaches

Ingredients

- 1 (24 ounce) can peaches, halves
- 1 (12 ounce) box mincemeat
- 4 tablespoons
- 1/4 cup toasted pecans (chopped) (optional)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f
- 2 drain peaches, reserving 3/4 cup syrup.
- 3 crumble mincemeat in a saucepan and add syrup.
- 4 boil, stirring for 3-4 minutes or until thickened.
- 5 add and boil 1 minute longer.
- 6 place peach halves in baking dish.
- 7 spoon mince-meat mixture over peaches.
- 8 bake 15 minutes.
- 9 after removing from oven sprinkle with pecans if desired.
