Breakfast In A Cookie

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup raisins
- 4 cups cheerios toasted oat cereal
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375.
- 2 in a large bowl, beat together the first 6 ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- 3 add flour, oats and baking soda, beating until combined.
- 4 stir in raisins and cereal (it will be stiff).
- 5 roll about 1/3 cup at a time and place on ungreased cookie sheet. pat the balls firmly, then press down to flatten slightly.
- 6 bake 13-15 minutes or until lightly browned on the bottom. let cool for 5 minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
