Butter

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 125 g butter, extra
  • 1 cup caster sugar, extra
  • 2 tablespoons
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 3 drops fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, extra

Recipe

  • 1 cream the butter and sugar together & gradualy blend in remaining ingredients.
  • 2 spoon into a serving dish. cover and refrigerate until required.
  • 3 serve over your hot pudding.
