Brazil Nut Hard Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup butter (no substitutions)
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon cream (more if needed)
  • 2/3 cup brazil nut, shelled and crushed

Recipe

  • 1 cream butter; add sugar gradually, beating well.
  • 2 add salt, cream and nuts; continue beating until you get a light texture.
  • 3 cover and chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
