Ingredients
- 1/3 cup butter (no substitutions)
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon cream (more if needed)
- 2/3 cup brazil nut, shelled and crushed
Recipe
- 1 cream butter; add sugar gradually, beating well.
- 2 add salt, cream and nuts; continue beating until you get a light texture.
- 3 cover and chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
