Bran Cereal Pie Crust

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup all-bran cereal
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 2 tablespoons milk
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees f.
- 2 combine the bran and flour together in a small mixing bowl.
- 3 add the margarine and cut in, until the mixture resenbles coarse oatmeal.
- 4 add the milk and stir until all ingredients are moistened.
- 5 do not over stir!
- 6 press the crumbly mixture evenly around the sides and bottom of a 9-inch pie pan.
- 7 prick the bottom and sides with a fork.
- 8 bake for 12 minutes or until very lightly browned.
- 9 bear in mind that this crust will be cooked again when you have filled it, although it does not need to be.
- 10 cool your crust before filling.
