Recipe
- 1 cook eggs in simmering water for 6 minutes till soft boiled.
- 2 drain, cool slightly.
- 3 use a sharp knife to halve eggs.
- 4 using a teaspoon scoop eggs into bowl.
- 5 add corn, cheese and parsley.
- 6 season to taste, serve warm.
