Body Booster Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/2 cup orange juice, fresh squeezed
  • 1/4 cup carrot juice
  • 1/2 cantaloupe, chunked (seeds intact)
  • 2 apricots, fresh pitted or 1/4 cup dried apricot, chopped
  • 1/4 cup soft tofu

Recipe

  • 1 using a blender or vita-mix, process all ingredients until smooth. pour into a glass.
