Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 6 -7 potatoes, peeled and shredded (preferably white)
- 1 onion, shredded
- 2 eggs
- mint
- salt
- pepper
- turmeric
- margarine
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Recipe
- 1 pre-heat over to 400 degree fahrenheit
- 2 put shredded potatoes, onion, eggs, salt, pepper, turmeric, mint into a bowl and mix together.
- 3 heat up oil on stove (do not let it boil!)
- 4 get baking dish and rub margin on the dishes
- 5 then add potato mix
- 6 pour hot oil on top of the potato mix
- 7 put into oven and cook for one hour (or until a nice golden shell).
- 8 cut into squares and serve.
