Breakfast In A Crock

Total Time: 1 hr 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 2 cups apple
  • 1 cup oatmeal (not instant)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 apple, cored and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt

Recipe

  • 1 cook the bacon until crisp.
  • 2 crumble the bacon into pieces.
  • 3 add the apple , oatmeal, brown sugar into the crock pot.
  • 4 add the chopped apple (with skin on ).
  • 5 add the crumble bacon and stir.
  • 6 cook on high about 1 hour or until the apples are tender.
  • 7 add the yogurt on top the bowl of oatmeal.
