Breakfast In A Crock Pot

Total Time: 10 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1 lb country sausage
  • 1 (2 lb) package frozen hash browns
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (8 ounce) container cream cheese
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 1/2-2 cups cheese

Recipe

  • 1 brown and crumble the sausage in a skillet.
  • 2 whisk eggs in a separate bowl.
  • 3 put everything in a dish and stir until hash browns are thoroughly coated.
  • 4 spray crock pot with pam and then put the hash brown mixture into the crock pot.
  • 5 cook on low for 8-10 hours, or high for 4-6.
