Ingredients

- 1 lb country sausage
- 1 (2 lb) package frozen hash browns
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (8 ounce) container cream cheese
- 12 eggs
- 1 1/2-2 cups cheese
Recipe
- 1 brown and crumble the sausage in a skillet.
- 2 whisk eggs in a separate bowl.
- 3 put everything in a dish and stir until hash browns are thoroughly coated.
- 4 spray crock pot with pam and then put the hash brown mixture into the crock pot.
- 5 cook on low for 8-10 hours, or high for 4-6.
