Ingredients
- 1/4 cup bacon drippings
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 4 cups milk
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix bacon grease and flour in a skillet over medium heat until medium brown, stirring constantly.
- 2 add milk, stirring constantly, until it comes to a boil.
- 3 gravy should be medium thick.
- 4 serve.
