curry pate

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons dry
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (8 ounce) jar mango chutney, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup sliced green onion

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Ready Time: 40 mins

  • beat cheddar cheese, cream cheese, , curry powder, and salt together in a bowl; spread a serving platter into a 1/2-inch layer. cover platter with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.
  • spread chutney over cheese layer and top with green onion.
