Boeuf Avec De La Sauce à Diana (beef With Sauce Diana)

Ingredients

  • 4 (6 ounce) beef tenderloin fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 ounces

  • 1 cup mushroom, sliced
  • 2 shallots, minced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 cup beef stock
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Recipe
