Body Flattering Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar twin
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 cup brown sugar twin
- 1/2 cup egg white
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 cups oats
- 1 1/2 cups raisins
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°.
- 2 whisk together ingredients from group a; set aside.
- 3 combine ingredients from group b with a hand mixer on low.
- 4 to cream, increase speed to high and beat until fluffy and the color lightens.
- 5 combine group a and group b and mix until no flour is visible.
- 6 now add the oats and raisins, group c; stir to incorporate.
- 7 fill a small cookie scoop with dough.
- 8 drop 1 inch apart baking sheet sprayed with nonstick spray.
- 9 bake 8 minutes (on center rack), until golden,.
- 10 remove from oven; let cookies sit on baking sheet for 2 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool.
