Body Flattering Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Total Time: 23 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar twin
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar twin
  • 1/2 cup egg white
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 cups oats
  • 1 1/2 cups raisins

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°.
  • 2 whisk together ingredients from group a; set aside.
  • 3 combine ingredients from group b with a hand mixer on low.
  • 4 to cream, increase speed to high and beat until fluffy and the color lightens.
  • 5 combine group a and group b and mix until no flour is visible.
  • 6 now add the oats and raisins, group c; stir to incorporate.
  • 7 fill a small cookie scoop with dough.
  • 8 drop 1 inch apart baking sheet sprayed with nonstick spray.
  • 9 bake 8 minutes (on center rack), until golden,.
  • 10 remove from oven; let cookies sit on baking sheet for 2 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool.
