Bobby Flay's Pear

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 ounce ketel one citrus-infused
  • 1 ounce pear (belle de brillet)
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 1 dash lime juice
  • 1 dash goya pear nectar
  • sugar, for glass rim
  • paper thin sliced pear (to garnish)

Recipe

  • 1 combine 1st 5 ingredients in shaker with ice.
  • 2 strain into glass whose rim has been coated in sugar.
  • 3 float a slice of pear on top.
  • 4 enjoy!
