Kale And Berries Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • servings: 2
  • 1 banana, broken into chunks
  • 1/2 cup mixed frozen berries
  • 1/2 cup shredded kale
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 10 almonds (optional)

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 5 mins Ready Time: 5 mins

  • place banana, berries, kale, orange juice, water, yogurt, and almonds into a blender. cover and puree until smooth, 20 to 30 seconds.
