Ingredients

• Servings: 8
• 1 cup water
• 1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
• 1 1/2 teaspoons honey
• 1/2 teaspoon lecithin powder
• 3 cups spelt flour ()
• 3 tablespoons powdered milk
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Recipe

• 1 place ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer. bake on normal or basic cycle.
• 2 mine uses a total of 2 1/2 hours to mix, let rise & bake.
• 3 original recipe yield: 1 -1 1/2 pound loaf.
