Ingredients

• 1/2 teaspoon instant coffee granules
• 1/4 cup hot water
• 1 pint coffee ice cream
• 1/4 cup brandy
• 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
• grated chocolate

Recipe

• 1 stir together coffee granules and hot water.
• 2 process coffee and next 3 ingredients in a blender until smooth.
• 3 garnish with grated chocolate, if desired.
