Ingredients

- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 lb ground sausage
- 12 eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 cook sausage and onions on medium heat until sausage is no longer pink.
- 2 in a medium size bowl beat eggs (add two tablespoons of milk if desired) then add to sausage.
- 3 cook and scramble eggs until almost completely set.
- 4 add cheese and stir until eggs are done and cheese is melted.
