Breakfast Goulash

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • 1 cook sausage and onions on medium heat until sausage is no longer pink.
  • 2 in a medium size bowl beat eggs (add two tablespoons of milk if desired) then add to sausage.
  • 3 cook and scramble eggs until almost completely set.
  • 4 add cheese and stir until eggs are done and cheese is melted.
