Ingredients

- 2 -3 ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 lemon, juice of
- 1/2 orange, juice of
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- cinnamon, to taste
- nutmeg, to taste
Recipe
- 1 soak raisins in 1/2 cup boiling water till puffy and soft.
- 2 mash bananas in large bowl, then add remaining ingredients. mash all together or puree in blender.
- 3 serve over pancakes, waffles or french toast in place of syrup.
