Breakfast Fruit Sauce

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 -3 ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/2 lemon, juice of
  • 1/2 orange, juice of
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • cinnamon, to taste
  • nutmeg, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 soak raisins in 1/2 cup boiling water till puffy and soft.
  • 2 mash bananas in large bowl, then add remaining ingredients. mash all together or puree in blender.
  • 3 serve over pancakes, waffles or french toast in place of syrup.
