Breakfast Empanadas

Total Time: 38 mins Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 13 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 5 -8 large refrigerated biscuits
  • 6 eggs
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 8 ounces cheese (singles)
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cook bacon and scramble eggs.
  • 2 flatten refrigerated biscuts into large circles.
  • 3 place cheese in center.
  • 4 crumble bacon on cheese.
  • 5 place some scrambled egg.
  • 6 fold over biscut and press with a fork to seal the "empanada".
  • 7 bake as directed for the biscuts and viola!
