Bon Bon Lamb Ribs Thunder Bay Style

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 10 lbs lamb ribs
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons five-spice powder, divided
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon msg
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon potato starch
  • 3/4 cup white breadcrumb

Recipe

  • 1 cut short style lamb ribs between bones into pieces.
  • 2 mix 1 tablespoon five-spice powder, sugar, salt, msg, water, and potato starch.
  • 3 let stand in refrigerator for 5 hours.
  • 4 add 2 eggs; mix.
  • 5 dip in more potato starch then bread crumbs.
  • 6 deep fry in older oil 375 degrees fahrenheit (as told) until dark spots of blood seep out of bones or until golden.
