Bombay Sapphire Bramble

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces (bombay sapphire recommended)
- 2/3 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon caster sugar (extra fine sugar)
- 1/2 ounce chambord raspberry liquor (berry liqueur) or 1/2 ounce creme de cassis (berry liqueur)
- 1 blackberry
- lemon wedge
- crushed ice
Recipe
- 1 add the bombay sapphire, lemon juice and caster sugar to a short glass / tumbler and stir.
- 2 fill the glass with crushed ice.
- 3 drizzle the berry liqueur over the top and watch it 'marble' through the drink. top up with more crushed ice and garnish with 1 blackberry and a wedge of fresh lemon.
