Bombay Sapphire Bramble

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces (bombay sapphire recommended)
  • 2/3 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon caster sugar (extra fine sugar)
  • 1/2 ounce chambord raspberry liquor (berry liqueur) or 1/2 ounce creme de cassis (berry liqueur)
  • 1 blackberry
  • lemon wedge
  • crushed ice

Recipe

  • 1 add the bombay sapphire, lemon juice and caster sugar to a short glass / tumbler and stir.
  • 2 fill the glass with crushed ice.
  • 3 drizzle the berry liqueur over the top and watch it 'marble' through the drink. top up with more crushed ice and garnish with 1 blackberry and a wedge of fresh lemon.
