Boiled Chocolate Icing

Ingredients
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup whole milk
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Recipe
- 1 place the butter, milk, and sugar in a medium sized saucepan over medium-high heat.
- 2 bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.
- 3 let boil, still stirring for 1 minute.
- 4 remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until chips are melted and mixture is smooth.
