Brazil And Walnut Cake

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups brazil nuts
- 1 1/2 cups walnuts
- 150 g dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 cup glace cherries
- 3/4 cup self raising flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 blend the nus to they become a meal or almost flour.
- 2 place all the ingredients in a large bowl and beat with a wooden spoon.
- 3 pour mixture into a 20cm round tin, greased and lined.
- 4 bake at 180oc for 45 minutes.
