Brazil And Walnut Cake

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1 1/2 cups brazil nuts
  • 1 1/2 cups walnuts
  • 150 g dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 cup glace cherries
  • 3/4 cup self raising flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup caster sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 blend the nus to they become a meal or almost flour.
  • 2 place all the ingredients in a large bowl and beat with a wooden spoon.
  • 3 pour mixture into a 20cm round tin, greased and lined.
  • 4 bake at 180oc for 45 minutes.
