Bohemian Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• 1 cup cooking oil
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup white sugar
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1 cup coconut (optional)
• 2 cups chopped pecans
• 2 1/2 cups self-rising flour
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

• 1 pretty easy directions, really -- just mix all ingredients together and bake in a tube pan at 350 degrees for 1 hr.; i also like the plum cake version of this too, just sub 2 jars of plum baby food for coconut.
