Brawny Broccoli

Ingredients

- 1 lb broccoli
- 4 slices bacon
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 3/4 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
Recipe
- 1 cook broccoli in a small amount of water,or steam until just tender; drain and set aside.
- 2 while broccoli is cooking, fry bacon in skillet until crisp; remove, crumble and set aside.
- 3 drain skillet.
- 4 add onions to skillet; cook for 2 minutes.
- 5 add walnuts, cook stirring frequently for 5 minutes or until golden.
- 6 stir in bacon and broccoli; heat through.
- 7 serve.
