Braunschweiger Ball

Ingredients

- 1 lb braunschweiger sausage
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon pickle juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped onions
- 5 ounces cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 3 drops tabasco sauce
- chopped green olives or black olives
Recipe
- 1 mix all except frosting ingredients together and shape into a ball.
- 2 mix the 5 oz.
- 3 cream cheese, worcestershire and tobasco together, and"frost" the ball.
- 4 roll in olives.
- 5 refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
- 6 great with crackers.
