Braunschweiger Ball

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1 lb braunschweiger sausage
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onions
  • 5 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 3 drops tabasco sauce
  • chopped green olives or black olives

Recipe

  • 1 mix all except frosting ingredients together and shape into a ball.
  • 2 mix the 5 oz.
  • 3 cream cheese, worcestershire and tobasco together, and"frost" the ball.
  • 4 roll in olives.
  • 5 refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
  • 6 great with crackers.
