Ingredients

• 7 lbs frozen broccoli
• 2 lbs velveeta cheese
• 1 quart whipping cream
• 1 cup cornstarch

Recipe

• 1 cook broccoli. do not drain.
• 2 add velveeta and whipping cream.
• 3 stir corn starch into cold water and then into soup to thicken.
