Broccoli Corn Stuffing Casserole

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups herb seasoned stuffing mix, crumbled not cubed
  • 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • 2 melt butter in large saucepan until sizzling.
  • 3 add stuffing and poultry seasoning and toss to coat.
  • 4 set aside 1/2 cup for topping.
  • 5 to remaining stuffing mixture in saucepan add broccoli, corn, eggs, onion, salt and pepper and mix well.
  • 6 spoon mixture into ungreased 2-quart casserole; sprinkle with reserved stuffing.
  • 7 bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until knife inserted 1-inch from edge of pan comes out clean.
