Broccoli Cauliflower Salad

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 lb bacon
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or 1 cup miracle whip
  • 1 cup sugar

Recipe

  • 1 fry bacon until very cooked and drain from grease.
  • 2 crumble bacon.
  • 3 chop broccoli and cauliflower.
  • 4 dice onion.
  • 5 mix broccoli, cauliflower, bacon, onion, and cheese together.
  • 6 in a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise and sugar together.
  • 7 pour over salad and mix.
  • 8 refrigerate for one hour and stir again.
