Broccoli Cheese Noodle Soup

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli
  • 2 ounces angel hair pasta, broken into small pieces
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 ounces velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Recipe

  • 1 cook broccoli and pasta according to package directions, drain.
  • 2 in a large saucepan, melt butter' stir in flour until smooth.
  • 3 gradually stir in water, milk and pepper until blended
  • 4 bring to a boil, cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
  • 5 reduce heat, stir in cheese until melted.
