Broccoli Cheese Soup

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 2 tablespoons italian dressing
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
  • 2 (10 1/2 ounce) broth cans water
  • 4 cups frozen chopped broccoli or 4 cups fresh broccoli
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Recipe

  • 1 cook onion in italian dressing and margarine until tender.
  • 2 add broth, water, and broccoli.
  • 3 bring to boil, then reduce heat and cook 10 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
  • 4 add milk and heat through.
  • 5 add cheese, stirring until melted.
