Broccoli Cheese Soup

Ingredients

- 1/4 cup onion
- 2 tablespoons italian dressing
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
- 2 (10 1/2 ounce) broth cans water
- 4 cups frozen chopped broccoli or 4 cups fresh broccoli
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Recipe
- 1 cook onion in italian dressing and margarine until tender.
- 2 add broth, water, and broccoli.
- 3 bring to boil, then reduce heat and cook 10 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
- 4 add milk and heat through.
- 5 add cheese, stirring until melted.
