Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup oleo, melted
- 1/3 cup onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup cottage cheese
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) package jiffy corn muffin mix
Recipe
- 1 thaw and drain broccoli.
- 2 combine first six ingredients.
- 3 stir (don't beat) muffin mix into first mixture.
- 4 pour into a greased 13" x 9" x 2" baking pan.
- 5 bake at 400 deg f for 20-25 minutes , or until done.
- 6 cut into serving size squares.
