Ingredients
- 2 (8 1/2 ounce) boxes jiffy cornbread mix
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 8 ounces cottage cheese
- 1 (10 ounce) box chopped frozen broccoli
- 3/4-1 1/2 cup margarine
Recipe
- 1 melt margarine in a 9 x 13 pan.
- 2 chop broccoli and mix all other ingredients together and pour in pan with margarine.
- 3 bake 45 minutes at 325°f.
