Ingredients

- 2 granny smith apples
- 1 lb broccoli floret
- 2 heads romaine lettuce
- 4 ounces feta cheese
Recipe
- 1 wash, spin, and chop the lettuce. add to salad bowl.
- 2 core apples and slice very thinly (with a mandolin, if you have one). add to salad bowl.
- 3 wash broccoli and cut into small, bite-size pieces. add to salad bowl.
- 4 rinse and crumble feta. add to salad bowl.
- 5 serve with a light vinaigrette.
