Broccoli Fettuccine Alfredo

- 1 (12 ounce) package fettuccine
- 1 cup fresh broccoli or 1 cup frozen broccoli
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Recipe
- 1 cook fettuccine according to package directions.
- 2 bring 1" of water and broccoli to a boil.
- 3 reduce heat and cover. simmer 4-6 minutes longer or until crisp-tender. drain.
- 4 in a large saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour until smooth.
- 5 gradually whisk in milk. bring to a boil, cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. remove from heat.
- 6 stir in parmesan cheese and broccoli.
- 7 drain fettuccine and top with broccoli mixture.
