- 1 1/2 lbs broccoli
- 1 cup sour cream
- 0.5 (10 ounce) can mushroom soup
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 steam broccoli until just tender.
- 2 oil a 2 quart casserole.
- 3 mix broccoli, onion, soup, sour cream in the casserole.
- 4 top with cheddar.
- 5 bake 325* for 40 minutes.
