Broccoli Mozzarella Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese (or more)
- 24 ounces frozen broccoli, freshly steamed, dente
- 1 (10 ounce) can campbell's cream of potato soup
- 8 ounces sour cream
Recipe
- 1 place broccoli in casserole dish, side by side (lightly cooked).
- 2 in a medium mixing bowl, mix soup and sour cream together.
- 3 pour mixture over broccoli.
- 4 top with mozerella cheese.
- 5 cover with foil -somewhat loosely; don't let cheese stick to foil.
- 6 bake until bubbly cheesy on top.
