- 8 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups chopped cooked broccoli
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 beat eggs; add milk and beat together.
- 2 pour mixture into greased crockpot or slow cooker.
- 3 add cheese, broccoli, mushrooms, salt & pepper.
- 4 cook on high 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours.
