- 2 (9 ounce) boxes jiffy cornbread mix
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 (10 ounce) package broccoli, drained
- 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1 small onion, chopped
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients.
- 2 bake 325 degrees for 25 minutes in a 9 x 13 pan.
